Ireland looks set to be in for another get warm weather with forecasters saying to weather will be around 20-22 degrees across the week, according to the latest weather forecasts.

Cathal Nolan from Ireland's Weather Channel made the prediction in his latest update before the weekend. He said: "We’re in the midst of an exceptionally dry spring, with the month of May snapping up to be the driest month of them all. The latest weather models continue to indicate that dry conditions will persist for the next 2-3 weeks at least, with temperatures now on the rise also, with values getting back into the 20’s next week

"Temperatures will be on the rise this week with values reaching back into the low 20’s. With light winds and sunshine becoming widespread it will feel very pleasant to warm in many areas though always a fraction cooler near the coast. "

Looking back then to Met Éireann's latest weather forecast predicts similar conditions to last week with maybe a slight reduction in temperatures.

Looking first to Monday:

"Dry today with spells of sunshine, though cloud may build at times into the afternoon. Highest temperatures will range from a cool 11 degrees near the east coast, up to 16 degrees in parts of the west and southwest, all in light northeasterly breezes."

Looking through the forecast as the week develops "A dry day with spells of sunshine, though once again cloud may build through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in a light variable breeze."

So we can't expect the heights of last weeks weather again this week but it looks like it will still be more than nice enough.
