A Sallins, Co Kildare resident who passed away recently has been fondly remembered as “a lovely gentleman and engaging character.”
Andrew (Andy) Brosnan, Sherlockstown, Sallins, Co Kildare and late of Kilflynn, Co Kerry, passed peacefully on January 4 last at St Vincent's University Hospital, Elm Park.
Andy is predeceased by his wife, Ita Egan; he is deeply regretted by his loving daughters Andrea and Lyn, sons-in-law Martin and Alan, grandchildren Lauren, Ben and Jamie, sister Ena, extended family and friends.

Andy will be reposing at Oliver Reilly’s Funeral Home, The Waterways, Sallins, Co. Kildare, (W91 K6PN) on Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, with prayers at 7pm.
The removal will take place by Oliver Reilly Funeral Directors from his residence on Friday at 10.30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady and the Guardian Angels, Sallins for 11am funeral mass, followed by burial in St. Corban's Cemetery, Naas.
Family flowers only please.
