The Lilies finished lowest of the three Leinster teams in 2025 and ended up in a tough group alongside then Ulster champions Armagh and Leinster runners-up Meath.

After defeat to The Royals, who would go on to reach an All-Ireland final, Pat Sullivan's side produced an incredible result against Armagh to progress to the All-Ireland quarter-finals where they exited to Kerry after a cracking encounter in Tralee.
