Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager required

At Azure Contracting, we are a rapidly growing, high achieving and ambitious company who specialise in internal fit outs and refurbishment projects within various sectors of the construction industry.

Our head Office is based in Naas. We currently have vacancies for a quantity surveyor and contracts manager within our organisation.

Candidates must be enthusiastic and ambitious and have the ability to work unsupervised and manage their own time in an effective manner. With the correct attitude and drive, we can guarantee high level progression within the company.

What’s Required?

Suitable candidates for either role must have at least 3 to 5+ years’ experience working in their respective disciplines.

∙ Excellent oral and written communication skills

∙ Ability to prioritize workload according to deadlines together with a high attention to detail.

∙ Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.

∙ Ability to oversee a number of projects simultaneously.

∙ Enjoy working as part of a high performing team.

∙ Previous experience working in the electrical/mechanical field would be a bonus.

∙ Good working Knowledge of applicable software packages. 

∙ Knowledge of Industry Standards – Forms of Contract.

∙ Clean Driving License
