Poplar Square , Naas
Kildare County Council says it will repair a footpath said by a local politician to be “sinking.”
Cllr Anne Breen asked that the work be done on a “damaged/sunken footpath” in Poplar Square, Naas.
She told a Naas Municipal District meeting that the path is located outside a pharmacy and it should be addressed in the interests of the safety of pedestrians.
“A lot of older people use it and it is dangerous,” Cllr Breen said.
