Naas Arch Club is a social club for adults with special needs.
The group meets on a weekly basis in St. Mary’s College, Naas and provide a variety of activities for our members. It provides an essential outlet for socialising and establishing friendships and the emphasis is always on fun and enjoyment.

An extensive range of activities include drumming, chair yoga, banner making, indoor games, unihoc, bocci, indoor bowls, shoebox appeal, various art and craft activities, bingo.
Club members
There are also films, discos, drama, quizzes, magic shows, dances, nature and environment activities and treasure hunts.
They also arrange outings to the pitch and putt club, bowling, zoo, activity centres as well as the fire station.

The club was founded in 2004. It is part of the National Federation of Arch Clubs and there are approximately 50 clubs nationwide.
To celebrate the club’s 20th birthday they are organising a gala night at Lawlors Hotel, Naas, on June 21.

Past members and volunteers are very welcome to come for what promises to be a special night. Tickets for the occasion will cost a subsidised €30 and can be purchased from Denis O Sullivan (085 7274796) or Martina Murray (087 2706946).
