Proposed €1.55 million housing development for St John’s Edmund Rice Square, Athy
A planning application for a €1.55 million housing development at St John’s Edmund Rice Square, Athy, Co. Kildare has been lodged.
Applicant John O’Connor is seeking permission for the construction of five homes along with all associated site works and services.
The proposed project will be designed by Furey Consulting Engineers Ltd, based in Naas.
The planned development, which is privately funded, represents a new-build scheme aimed at adding to the town’s residential housing stock.
The proposed project is set to contribute to ongoing efforts to meet housing demand in Athy.
