Member of An Garda Síochána (AGS) based in County Kildare are investigating a car theft in Naas.

The car was recently reported as being stolen on the Stolen Cars Ireland Facebook page. The author of the post also provided two photographs of the vehicle, which appears to be a blue Ford car with an N-plate on it and a registration plate beginning with "08-WW".

When asked by the Leinster Leader about the incident, a spokesperson for AGS said: "Gardaí received report of an incident involving the theft of a car that occurred on the evening of March 16, 2025 on the Friary Road in Naas, County Kildare."

"Investigations are ongoing at this time," they added.
