RIP to the late Liam Gately, Richard (Dickie) Kelly and Jimmy McGuirk.

The death has occurred of Liam Gately

Celbridge, Kildare / Glasnevin, Dublin 11, Dublin.

April 30, 2024 (suddenly) in the loving care of the staff at The Mater Hospital, Dublin.

Beloved husband of Valerie and devoted father of Ciara, Darragh, Sinéad, Emmet and Caoimhe and son of the late Philip.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren Ava and Emily, son-in-law Damien, Darragh’s partner Toma, mother Anne, sister Carol, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Richard (Dickie) Kelly

Smallford, Kildare Road, Athy, Kildare.

Retired S&T Unit, Defence Forces, Curragh Camp.

Peacefully, surrounded by his devoted family in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and care staff of St Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh.

Predeceased by his adored wife Annette and treasured daughter-in-law Annemarie.

Deeply regretted by his loving sons John, Richard, Paul and Nigel, beloved daughters-in-law Verina and Susie, cherished grandchildren Orrin, Óisin, Caoilte, Chloe and Andrea, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Rigney's Funeral Home, Athy on Wednesday afternoon (May 1) from 4pm with Rosary at 6pm.

Removal at 6.30pm on Wednesday evening to arrive at St Michael's Parish Church, Athy for prayers at 7pm.

Requiem Mass at 11am on Thursday morning, see livestream link http://www.parishofathy.ie.

Burial afterwards in St Michael's New Cemetery, Athy.

Family flowers only please.

Navan Road, Dublin / Kilcullen, Kildare.

Navan Road, Dublin 7 and formerly of Kilcullen, County Kildare and of Dublin Port Company.

April 29, 2024 peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home, Ashtown.

Beloved husband of Mary (née Price) and dear father of Mary, Gerard, Pauline and Clare, and a cherished grandfather of Clare, Helen, Conor and Lauren.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Martin, Eugene and Richard, daughter-in-law Eileen, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Jimmy rest in peace.

Reposing at his residence on Friday evening (May 3) between 4pm and 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning (May 4) to the church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
