"Having looked around at what the parties are offering to the people I have decided to stay as an Independent and put the people first and not any party loyalty. "This election is more than about local issues, it is about whether we here in county Kildare want our county council dominated by political parties and party politics. It is about whether people of Kildare want to reward the parties for their failures.
