Works are expected to commence imminently on the construction of 22 residential homes in Edenderry.
The €3.4m development, comprised of 18 two-storey houses and four two-storey apartments, is to be built at the junction of Carrick Road, Father McWey Street, Edenderry, Co Offaly (R45 KH94.)
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Offaly County Council on September 10 2021 to Greypost Developments Limited for the 22 residential units.
This includes the provision of private amenity space and on-site car parking spaces for each dwelling, as well as visitor parking, landscaped public open space, associated boundary treatments, street lighting, foul and suds drainage and all associated site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
The main contractor for the project is Brifin Homes Limited, with architects C+W O’Brien Architects and DC Turley & Associates.
