PICTURES: Cookbook launch and 'Elephant in the Room' sculpture unveiling at Naas Hospital

Naas General Hospital and HSE Community Health Promotion Officers are launching an intercultural cookbook and unveiling the 'Elephant in the Room' sculpture.

Both to celebrate our cultural diversity and encourage open discussion about mental health.

The sculpture was unveiled by Brent Pope, former sports pundit and TV personality. Brent founded the 'Elephant in the Room' campaign which aims to encourage people to speak about mental health issues.

The elephant has been painted with designs submitted by NGH staff that celebrate our cultural diversity.
