A man told his ex-partner he “rode her sister twice” in her bed.
This was among the allegations made against the man, who appeared at Naas District Court.
It was alleged that the man breached a safety order on March 29 and April 2.
Garda Eoin Boyle told of arresting the defendant on April 4.
Gda Boyle said the ex-partner received Whatsapp messages which breached the order.

He said the man had referred to her as a “dirty scumbag” and he told defending barrister Donncha Craddock that the defendant may have been intoxicated and annoyed because she had denied him access to his child for two weeks.
The garda said the ex-partner said the messages had put her in fear and he feared that the man would interfere with the injured party.
Under cross examination Gda Boyle said the injured party was not present in court because she indicated ”she didn't want to see the defendant in court” and she was put in fear by him
Mr Craddock said the defendant is seriously ill and hadn't seen his child in some time.
He said the woman is withholding the child.
He also said the use of the term “scumbag” is mere name calling and the man was disappointed because he had not seen his child.
Noting that the man is unwell, Judge Desmond Zaidan said: “I can see the human side of this.”
However he said there had been a number of alleged breaches of an order and strict bail terms would not be appropriate.
He refused bail and adjourned the matter to April 15. He directed that the man receive medical assessment and treatment in custody.
