A driver was arrested after being detected doing 190kph on the motorway in Laois.
Gardaí posted an image of the red BMW which was allegedly detected speeding in a 120kmh zone on the M7 in Laois at the weekend.
“Laois Roads Policing Unit detected this vehicle travelling at 190 kph on the M7 yesterday. The vehicle was stopped and the driver immediately arrested for dangerous driving,” gardaí stated.
“They have been charged to appear before Portlaoise District Court” gardaí added.
