The lives of a Cork family have been 'turned upside down' after their nine year-old son was diagnosed with leukaemia.
Scott Normyle, from Mallow, is undergoing treatment for chemotherapy after being diagnosed with leukaemia.
Leukaemia is a cancer of the body's blood-forming tissues, including the bone marrow and the lymphatic system.
Since the diagnosis, his parents, Laura and Kevin, have been by his beside at Crumlin Children's Hospital in Dublin.
To help the family take a "little of the pressure off", their friend, Natasha Bradley has created a fundraiser page.
