Kildare County Council is seeking tenders for the construction of Columbarium Wall facilities at three separate locations throughout County Kildare.

A Columbarium Wall is a type of wall with a number of recessed niches, which are used to hold cremation urns.

The locations are Athy, Newbridge and Leixlip.

Each project involves the securing of the site, the stripping away of soil, provision of foundations, installation of pre-manufactured Columbarium Wall units, cladding, paved areas, and landscaping as per the drawings issued in each case.

The project will be procured in three separate lots.

The estimated value of the project is €240,000, according to tender documents.

The works are expected to take four months to complete.
