Gardai appeal for help locating stolen priest statue

GARDAI have appealed for help after the sculpture of a priest was stolen in Co Kildare.

The Henry Flanagan statue was stolen from the Firmount area in Clane, between September 8 and 9.

Henry Flanagan, OP (1918–1992) was an Irish Dominican priest, teacher, musician, artist as well as a sculptor.

Clane Gardai are asking for the public's assistance with the investigation.
