KILDARE PROPERTY WATCH: Athgarvan land up for auction for €2.6m

Jordan Auctioneers have just launched to the market a strategic landholding on the edge of Newbridge in the village of Athgarvan.

The property is located a short distance from both Newbridge (3km) and Kilcullen (3km).

It is within ½km of The Curragh Plains and benefits from good access to the motorway network of both the M7 (junction 12) and M9 (junction 2).

The commuter train service is available from Newbridge with a frequent service to either Heuston Station or Grand Canal Dock.

Newbridge is the nearest town providing all the necessary shopping, recreational educational and other functions.

The entire extends to a total area of 10.52 hectares (26 acres) comprising a cottage and old farmyard. Open Space and Amenity ‘F’ 9.8 acres, and Outside Village Boundary 4.4 acres. The auctioneer points out these are approximate estimates only. The property is for sale by public auction on the Friday, June 30 in the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge at 3pm.
