Donie Bowdren – late of James St. & Pairc Mhuire& Piercetown, Newbridge

April 7 2018, Sadly missed by his loving family, brother John, sister Mary, sister-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephew, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at Anderson & Leahy's Funeral Home, Henry St., Newbridge from 2pm on Friday (April 27) with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning (April 28) at 10.30am to arrive at St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge for 11am Mass. Funeral afterwards to St. Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge.

 

Jim Burke – Leixlip

April 22 2018 (peacefully) after a short illness in the loving care of the staff at the Hermitage Clinic, Lucan and surrounded by his family. Jim, beloved husband and best friend of Freda, cherished father of Linda, Martin and Nicola and dear brother of Eamonn and the late Mary and Joan. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children and their partners, his brother’s wife Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and not forgetting Ziggy. Removal to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip on Wednesday morning (April 25) arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 Noon followed by cremation in Newland’s Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

 

Joseph (Joe) Wakely – Kilkeaskin, Carbury

April 23 2018, In his 89th year, peacefully in the loving care of Parke House Nursing Home, Kilcock. Husband of the late Joan, deeply regretted by his loving family: son Jim and his partner Jean, daughter June and her partner John, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Larkin's Funeral Home, Edenderry this Monday (April 23) and Tuesday (April 24) from 7pm with Rosary at 9pm each night. Removal on Wednesday (April 25) at 1pm, arriving to The Holy Trinity Church, Derrinturn for 1.30pm Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
