Áine Bowden (née Mills)

The death has occurred of Áine Bowden (née Mills), Shackleton Court, Athy, Kildare / Portlaoise, Laois.

Late of Meelick, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Predeceased by her husband Frank.

Deeply regretted by her daughter Martha, son-in-law Brian, granddaughters Laura and Katie and their partners Neil and Eric, much adored great-granddaughter Lilah, sister Philomena, sisters-in-law Berry, Nancy and Mary, nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends and neighbours.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Rigney's Funeral Home, Athy (R14 TX26) on Tuesday afternoon (March 31st) from 4pm until the conclusion of the Rosary at 7pm. Removal at 10.30am on Wednesday morning (April 1) to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Barrowhouse for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Carole Delavari

The death has occurred of Carole Delavari, Kilcock, Kildare / Hartstown, Dublin.

Delavari, Carole (Kilcock, Co. Kildare and formerly of Hartstown, Dublin 15) March 28, 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the excellent care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved mother of Seán, Craig, Kyle and Sophie and a devoted nana of Korey, Arabella, Ellie, Emielle, Myah and Kreed.

Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter, sister Hilary, brothers David and Keith, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Noelle and Jen, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at her residence on Wednesday evening (April 1) between 5 pm and 8 pm. Removal on Thursday morning (April 2nd) to St. Coca’s Church, Kilcock arriving for Funeral Prayers at 10 am followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

The death has occurred of June Gleeson (née Knowd), Celbridge, Kildare.

Gleeson (née Knowd) June, (Celbridge, Co. Kildare and ex Adelaide Hospital) March 30, 2026. Peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Maynooth Community Care.

Beloved wife of the late Albert and cherished mother of James, Peter and John and a devoted grandmother of Richard, Leanne, Nicole and Ashleigh and much-loved mother-in-law of Judith and Colette.

Sadly missed by her loving sons, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

At Peace.

Removal on Thursday morning (April 2) to Christ Church, Celbridge (Castletown Gates) arriving for Funeral Service at 11 am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Mabel Murphy (née Booker), Kilmacud, Dublin / Wicklow / Athgarvan, Kildare.

Murphy Mable (née Booker), aged 100yrs, died peacefully in the wonderful care of the management and staff of Four Ferns Nursing Home, Foxrock, Dublin 18.

Previously of Woodley Park, Dublin, Wicklow and laterally Athgarvan, Co Kildare.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Con. Cherished mother of Linda, Neil and Paul.

Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbours and many friends. 

Funeral Service on Tuesday March 31 2026, in Tullow Parish Church, Brighton Road, Foxrock at 10am which can be viewed on the link below followed by burial at St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Newbridge. Co. Kildare.

The death has occurred of Thomas (Tommy) F. Ryan, Moore Park, Newbridge, Kildare.

Thomas (Tommy) F. Ryan, Capt. (Retired), Moore Park, Newbridge, peacefully at Naas Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret, son David, daughters Eimear and Aileen, daughter-in-law Nancy, son-in-law Adrian. Grandchildren Tristan, Brendan, Sarah and their spouses Julie and Blake, and great-grandchild Cormac.

A long life well lived.

Margaret Williams née Carroll, 11 Stephen Street, Dunlavin, formerly of Ballymore Eustace, Poulaphuca and Blackhorse Ave, Dublin 7.

Predeceased by her parents Margaret and George, her childhood sweetheart and husband Adrian, and her grandson Anthony.

Sadly missed by her daughters Mary and Fogi, sons Adrian, Raymond, William and Micheal, sons in law Willie and Niall, daughters in law Jenny, Mariel, Haley and Patti, grandchildren Josh, Emily Jane, Sophia, Beatrix, Arabella, William, Caitriona and Alex, her great grandchildren Evie, Daisy, Ruby, her brothers Stephen and George, sisters Ellen, Elizabeth and Olive, her brothers in law and sisters in law, nephews and nieces, her friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing at Clarke's funeral home Blessington (W91 YN79) on Tuesday 31st March at 3pm, concluding with prayers at 7pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St Nicholas of Myra Church Dunlavin for 12pm Funeral Mass, burial afterwards in Dunlavin cemetery.
