The death has occurred of Chris (Christopher) Colgan, Leixlip, Kildare / Glasnevin, Dublin.

COLGAN, Chris (Christopher) (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin 11 and Shandon Crescent, Phibsborough, Dublin 7) February 18, 2026.

Beloved husband of Celia and much-loved father of Susan, Joanne, Maria and John; Chris will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, grandchildren Sophie, Seán, Stephanie, Harry and Sarah, sons-in-law Ciarán, Mark and Henry, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Friday evening (February 20th) between 5 pm and 7 pm.

Removal on Saturday morning (February 21) to The Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Tommy Donovan, Athy, Kildare.

Tommy Donovan known to all as “Docky” late of 8 St. Dominics Park, Athy, passed away suddenly on February 15, 2026 at his home in Colchester.

Predeceased by his wife Marilyn (Mel). He will be sadly missed by his step children Jeanette, Michel and Maxine, grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, relatives, extended family and friends.

Maura Ennis (née Kelly)

The death has occurred of Maura Ennis (née Kelly), Highmeadow, Guidenstown, Kildare Town, Kildare, R51 D950.

Maura Ennis nèe Kelly, Highmeadow, Guidenstown, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare. Formerly Milltown, Co. Kildare.

Peacefully, February 17 2026, at home. Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pad).

Maura will be sadly missed by her loving children Marian, Angela, Paul, Anne and Declan, sons and daughters in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister in law Annice, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, carers and friends.

May Maura Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her family home (R51 D950) on Thursday (February 19) from 4pm - 7.30pm with rosary at 7pm.

Removal on Friday morning to arrive at The Carmelite Church, Kildare Town for requiem mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's cemetery, Rathangan. Maura's funeral mass will be live streamed through the webstream link below.

Alexandra (Sandy) Hehir-Mullagh (née Hehir)

The death has occurred of Alexandra (Sandy) Hehir-Mullagh (née Hehir)

Cutbush, The Curragh, Kildare / Naas, Kildare / Galway City, Galway.

Formerly of Naas and Galway.

On January 22 2026 at St. Brigid’s Hospice, Co. Kildare.

A Cremation has taken place for Sandy privately at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Married to Michael James Mullagh (formerly of Cashel, Foxford, Co. Mayo).

Predeceased by her father, Bartley and by her nephew Gregory and niece Nicola.

Sandy is sadly missed by her mother Kitty, sisters Kathy and Honora, brothers Tommy and Jonathan, nephews Damian, Leigh, Sam and Kenan, niece Lauren and by the extended family, former colleagues at St. Mary's College, Naas and friends.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace

Liam Mulrooney

The death has occurred of Liam MULROONEY, Newbridge, Kildare / Dunbell, Kilkenny.

Liam Mulrooney (Newbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Dunbell, Co. Kilkenny). Liam passed away on the February 17, in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny.

Predeceased by his parents Edmond and Margaret, brother Eddie and sister Angela. Liam will be forever missed by his beloved wife and best friend Maureen, sisters Margaret Crotty (Kilkenny), Kathleen Dunican (Ardcath, Co. Meath), brother Pat (Maddoxstown), sister-in-law Ann McGuinness (Castleknock, Co. Dublin), brothers and sisters-in-law, adored nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives, wonderful friends and neighbours.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Care at Home team in Newbridge, the Residence Nursing Home in Kilkenny and in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny for taking such good care of Liam in recent months.

May Liam's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Hehir's Funeral Home, Kilkenny (R95 FH90) on Thursday (February 19) from 5p.m. concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 6.30p.m followed by removal to St. Colman's Church, Clara, Co. Kilkenny (R95 K29O). Requiem Mass on Friday at 11a.m followed by interment in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

Parimal (Pari) Nathwani

The death has occurred of Parimal (Pari) Nathwani, Kill, Kildare.

Nathwani, Parimal (Pari), Kill, Co. Kildare and Toronto, Canada, February 13 2026.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, wife Mary, daughter Seema, son-in-law Trevor, cherished grandchildren Sam and Eva, sisters Anjani and Rekha, nieces Nina and Sonia, godsons Rab and Feidhlim, goddaughter Susie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins especially Bharat, extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday (Feb. 21st) at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mt. Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, followed by cremation.
