Sadly missed by her loving husband Philip, children Sean and Saoirse, mother Angela, father David, brother David, sisters Roxanne and Naomi, mothers-in-law, father-in-law, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home on Friday evening (January 30) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, Confey, Leixlip on Saturday morning (31st January) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium.

George Cooney of Johnstown North, Maganey, Co Kildare, passed away peacefully, on January 27 2026 at Naas General Hospital, Co Kildare.
Beloved son of the late Mary and George and much loved brother of the late Jack, Kathy and Jimmy.
He will be sadly missed by his loving nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, great grand nephews, great grand nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.
