The death has occurred of Alice Cronin (née Mellon), Millstream Park, Tuam, Galway / Dublin / Kildare.
Alice passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway, on Sunday January 18 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Gerry. She will be sadly missed by her sons David (Daithi), Derek and Paul, her daughters Geraldine, Jacqueline and Laverne, sons in law, daughters in law, partners, together with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alice will also be fondly remembered by the extended Cronin and Mellon families and her dear neighbour and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Alice will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 KX34) on Wednesday evening from 6.00 o’c until 8 o’c. Followed by removal to her home. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11.30 o’c in Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam (H54 WP66) Funeral afterwards to Donaghpatrick Cemetery, Caherlistrane.
