Mary Ballesty née Hegarty, Rapheon, Green Road, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare. Formerly Main Street, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

Peacefully, August 3 2025, at home, with her family by her side.

Predeceased by her husband John. Sadly missed by her loving sons Gregory, daughters Audrey, Ruth, Valerie, Madeleine and Laura, daughter in law, sons in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McWey's Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town (Eircode: R51 TE20) for family only, on Friday (August 8) from 6pm with rosary at 7pm.

Removal by Glennon's Funeral Directors on Saturday morning to arrive at The Carmelites Church, Kildare Town, for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town. Mary's Funeral Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed on the webstream link below.

Anne Corcoran (née Redmond), Shanbeg, Rosenallis, Laois / Athy, Kildare.

The death has occurred of Anne Corcoran nee Redmond, Shanbeg, Rosenallis, Co.Laois and formerly of Churchtown, Athy, Co. Kildare on Monday August 4 at Tullamore General Hospital, surrounded by her devoted family.

Predeceased by her husband Pat Corcoran and sadly missed by her children Edel (Lynch), James, Brendan, Patrick, Teresa, Anne Marie (Buggy), Marese(Munnelly) & Breda(Leacy). Sisters Mary Bligh, Bernadette Hurst and Veronica Ashton and brothers the late Ger, John, Pat and Anthony, brother in law Alo and sister in law Anne Ussher and all her 22 treasured grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing in her home (R32 A393) from 6pm today Tuesday 5th with Rosary at 9pm and 3pm Wednesday with Rosary at 8pm.

Removal on Thursday morning at 11am to St. Brigid's Church, Rosenallis for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial after in St. Brigid's Cemetery.

John Dowling

The death has occurred of John Dowling, Ballybarney, Narraghmore, Kildare, R14 D688.

Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Phyllis, parents Joseph and Julia, brothers Nick, Joe, Michael, sisters Alice, Mai, Kathleen, Sheila, Bridget and Teresa.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brother Frank, sisters Nancy, Bernie, Rosie and Esther, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family and large circle of friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his residence (R14 D688) on Wednesday from 4pm until 8pm with prayers at 7:30. Funeral arriving to the Church of SS Mary and Lawrence, Crookstown on Thursday afternoon for 2pm Requiem Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Jean (Norma) EDDISON (née Proudfoot), Woodlands, Naas, Kildare.

Eddison (nee Proudfoot) (Woodlands, Naas) - July 31, 2025, (unexpectedly).

Jean (Norma), beloved wife of the late John, and dear mother of Christine, Sue and Carrie.

Pre-deceased by her loving grandson Jed; Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Don, Mick and Ralf, grandchildren Derek, Jill, Sarah and Claire, great grandchildren Joe and Sam, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas, W91 VY71.

Removal on Thursday to St. David’s Church, Main Street, Naas arriving for 11am Service.

A Private Service will be held afterwards at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
