The death has occurred of Bernard (Patsy) Connolly, The Willows, Donore Road, Caragh, Kildare / Prosperous, Kildare.

Connolly, Bernard (Patsy), The Willows, Donore Road, Caragh and formerly of Churchview Lawns, Prosperous, Co. Kildare.

July 28 2025, peacefully in Naas General Hospital surrounded by his loving family, pre-deceased by his wife Cella, deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughter Jackie, son-in-law James, grandchildren Zara, Scott and Lee, brother Paul, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Prosperous, (W91T62P) on Thursday from 5-8pm, with prayers at 7:30pm.

Removal from Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Prosperous on Friday at approx. 10.30am to arrive at The Church of Our Lady & St. Joseph, Caragh for 11am funeral mass, followed by burial in Caragh Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Ita Conway (née Doyle), Slí Bhearú, Athy, Kildare.

Ita Conway, (née Doyle), Sli Bhearu, Athy, Co. Kildare, and formerly of Ballindrum, Athy who passed away peacefully on Monday July 28, 2025 at home.

Predeceased by her father Patrick, mother Bridget and her siblings Pat, John, Masie, Kay, Bridie and Anna.

Ita will be sadly missed by his sister Elizabeth Evans, nephews and nieces Jackie, Ita, John, Martin, Mairead and Philip and her friends Louise, Delores, Kathleen, Betty and Joan.

Seamus Orford, Ballsbridge, Dublin and Kilcullen, Co.Kildare.

Formerly Irish Dairy Board. Died peacefully at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin on July 27 2025. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Jinny.

Deeply regretted by his cousin Mary, Josephine, the Dowling and Orford families, former colleagues, friends and his wonderful neighbours.

Suzanne Quinlan (née Kennedy)

The death has occurred of Suzanne Quinlan (née Kennedy), Celbridge, Kildare

QUINLAN (née Kennedy), Suzanne – 29th July 2025 - Celbridge.

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Seamus and much loved mam to Sean, Hannah and Caoimhe. Suzanne will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her heart broken husband, son, daughters, sisters Fiona, Orlagh and Angela, brother Ronan, brothers in law, sisters in law and her extended family and friends.

May Suzanne Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her residence on Thursday, July 31st between 6pm and 8pm. Burial in Newcastle Cemetery on Friday 1st August at 12 o'clock.

The death has occurred of Dr. Mary Scully, Irishtown, The Ward, Dublin / Monasterevin, Kildare

Irishtown, The Ward, Co. Dublin (formerly of Monasterevin, Co. Kildare), peacefully at her home.

Predeceased by her eldest daughter Tara and parents Joe & Kathleen,

Mary will be very sadly missed by daughters Elaine and Amy, granddaughters Emily and Zoë, husband Tony (Sanfey), siblings Kate, Sarah, Tom, John, Nuala and Joe, son-in-law Mark, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, work colleagues and many friends.

Reposing at her residence(D11 VY59) on Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ashbourne, at 11am, which can be viewed live at: https://www.churchservices.tv/ashbourne

Burial afterwards in Greenouge Cemetery, Ashbourne.

Mary’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff in the Bon Secours Hospital, and all of those who provided excellent care and kindness to her throughout her illness.
