Tributes paid to Carbury, Kildare man who passed recently

Tributes have been paid to a Carbury, Co Kildare man who passed last Sunday, July 27 2025.

Jack Pender was from Ticknevin Lock, Carbury, Kildare.

He passed peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his grandmother Mary, parents Eamon and Jane, brother Michael and sisters Bridget and Frances.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family; partner Patsy, children Louise, Sinéad and David, brothers and sisters Mary, Pat, Paul, Monica, Ann, Sam and Stephen, grandchildren Eva, Cillian, Robyn, Katie and Annie, son-in-law Derek, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Jack Rest in Peace.

Tributes paid to Jack on RIP.ie this week include:

Sincere condolences to Patsy and the Pender family on the sad passing of Jack. May he rest in Peace.”

And: “Sincere sympathy to Patsy and all Jack’s family. May he rest in peace.”

While another mourner wrote: “Sincere condolence to the Pender and extended families on the loss of Jack. May he Rest in Peace.”

And another added: “Deepest Sympathy to Patsy Louise Sinead David & Pender Family on the sad passing of Jack Thinking of ye all at this sad & difficult time Rest In Peace Jack.”

Jack will repose at his home this Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm with a Rosary at 7pm.

His Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 1.30pm in The Holy Trinity Church Derrinturn, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
