Joan Campbell (née McCormack)

The death has occurred of Joan Campbell (née McCormack), The Oaks, Newbridge, Kildare / The Curragh, Kildare.

Campbell Joan (née McCormack) The Oaks, Newbridge and late of the Curragh - 3rd June 2025 peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of St Brigid's Hospice The Curragh.

Sadly missed by her loving husband James, daughters Tracey and Sineád, sons Seán, James and Ciaran and their wives, husbands and partners, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother and sisters, extended family, relatives and friends.

May Joan Rest in peace.

Reposing at Anderson and Leahy's Funeral Home, Henry Street, Newbridge on Wednesday from 4 pm with prayers at 7pm.

Removal from her residence on Thursday at 10:15 am to arrive at St Brigid's Church, The Curragh for 11 am Mass. Funeral afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium

Ellen Coady (née Egan)

The death has occurred of Ellen Coady (née Egan), St. Patrick’s Terrace, Newbridge, Kildare / Graiguenamanagh, Kilkenny.

Peacefully at Ashley Lodge Nursing Home.

Sadly missed by her loving sister Marie, nephews and nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge from 5pm on Thursday with Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge, for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery, Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny. Mass will be live-streamed on the Newbridge Parish website: https://www.newbridgeparish.ie/parish-church.

Patrick Gormley

The death has occurred of Patrick Gormley, Oldtown Demesne, Naas, Kildare.

Gormley, Patrick, Oldtown Demesne, Naas, Co. Kildare and late of Preston, Lancashire, England, June 2nd 2025, peacefully at St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh.

Deeply regretted by his loving partner Mary, children Paul, Alison and Sean, step-children Paul, Noel and Marian, extended family and friends.

Rest In Peace.

Removal from Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home on Saturday at approx. 9:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium at approx. 12pm.

Kenneth Phillips

The death has occurred of Kenneth Phillips, Castle Park, Athy, Kildare.

Kenneth Phillips, Castle Park, Athy, Co. Kildare passed away unexpectedly on 30th May, 2025. Kenneth will be sadly missed by his loving mother Ber, his children Marcus, Charlie and Oscar, his aunts Catherina and Marie, cousins, relatives, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Kenneth will repose at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mount Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX0) on Thursday 5th June from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral will leave his home on Friday 6th June at 10.30am to St. Michael’s Parish Church, Athy, for Requiem Mass at 11am, burial afterwards in St. Michael’s (New) Cemetery, Athy.

The death has occurred of Jean Walsh (née Field), Willow Drive, Primrose Gate, Celbridge, Kildare

Walsh, (née Field), Jean, Willow Drive, Primrose Gate, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, June 2nd 2025 peacefully at St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh, surrounded by her loving family.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her partner John, daughter Sinead, son Rossa, their father Cormac and beloved grandson Liam, brother Tony, sister-in-law Siobhan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
