Sarah (Sally) Brady

The death has occurred of Sarah (Sally) Brady, Botley Court, Portarlington, Laois / Killeigh, Offaly / Kildare Town, Kildare.

Formerly of Killeigh County Offaly and Kildare Town.

Peacefully at the Regional Hospital Portlaoise.

Predeceased by her parents, brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by her loving brother Michael, sister Kathleen, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Friday evening from 4:45pm with Removal at 6:20pm arriving Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Walsh Island at 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to thank you for your help and understanding at this sad and difficult time.

Darina Brien (née Byrne)

The death has occurred of Darina Brien, Highfield Park, Kilcock, Kildare / Meath. Late of the Square Bar, Kilcock.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family.

Darina, will be sadly missed by her devastated children, Deirdre, Paul and Oonagh, her son-in-law, Richard, brothers; Fergus & Brendan, sisters; Orla, Mella and Brona, adored grandchildren, Sheenagh, Ciara, Thomas, Aimee and Glen, and “Nano Nano’s” five great grandchildren, Christopher, Hailey, Turlough, Cohen and Nancy, her close friends and extended family.

Predeceased by her loving husband Dessie, brothers; Aidan, Declan and Dermot, and sister Fiona.

May She Rest In Peace.

Darina will be reposing at her daughter Oonagh’s home in Newtown Village, A83 C993 on Friday 28th from 7pm and Saturday, ending with prayers at 8pm.

She will make her final journey on Sunday from her home in Highfield Park to arrive at St. Coca’s Church Kilcock for Mass at 2pm with burial afterwards in St. Josephs Cemetery.

House private please on Sunday.

Tom Hayden

The death has occurred of Tom HAYDEN, Celbridge, Kildare / Kildavin, Carlow.

Hayden (Celbridge and formerly of Crows Grove, Kildavin) – February 24, 2025, (unexpectedly). Tom, beloved father of Gráinne, Tomás, Pat, Róisín and Luke.

Sadly missed by his loving sons and daughters and their mother Mary, brothers Luke, Mark and Brian, sisters Jane, Anne, Patricia and Breda, uncles, son-in-law Bongani, daughters-in-law Alice, Tara and Gráinne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, granddaughter Saoirse, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially his best friend Frances.

Reposing on Friday from 5pm to 7pm at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, Thornhill, Maynooth Road, Celbridge, W23 D1K5, (beside McMahon’s Bar).

Removal on Saturday to Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving for 4pm Service. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to The Capuchin Day Centre.

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) Ada MORRISON (née Duncan), Kill, Kildare.

Morrison (nee Duncan) (Kill, Co. Kildare) - February 26, 2025, (peacefully), at Tallaght University Hospital, Elizabeth (Betty) Ada, beloved wife of George, loving mother of Hugh, Ann, Lynn and Stephen, welcoming mother-in-law of Ronnie, Drew, Lake and Heidi, kindly grandmother of Eoin, Luke, Conor, Caleb, Douglas, Benjamin, Kimberley, Roanna, Iona and the late Grace, joyful great grandmother of Lily, Jack and Milo and a good friend to many both near and far.

Removal on Saturday to Brannockstown Baptist Church, Brannockstown (W91 K004) arriving for 11am Service.

Funeral immediately afterwards to Maudlins Cemetery, Dublin Road, Naas.

Garden and cultivated flowers only at the graveside please.

Martin Cardiff

The death has occurred of Martin Cardiff, Pairc Bhride, Athy, Kildare.

Martin Cardiff. Formally of 41 Pairc Bhride, Athy. Died peacefully in Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home Portlaoise on 24th February 2024.

Predeceased by his brothers John, Declan and Malachy.

Mourned by his wife Mary and brothers Tony and Damien and extended family.

Rest in Peace

A private family cremation has taken place. May he Rest in Peace.
