A blood donation clinic us due to take place inside a well-known County Kildare hotel.

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) has said that the clinic will be held in the Clanard Court Hotel in Athy.

It will take place over the course of two days: Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Those interested in attending are advised that it is preferable to book an appointment and to call 1800 731 137 in order to secure a timeslot.

However, walk-ins can also be accommodated by the organisers.

In addition, there is currently a blood donation clinic taking place in Monread Community Centre in Naas.

This clinic will conclude its services on July 16.
