The position is full-time

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVP) is now recruiting an experienced driver to join their Children & Family team at Kildare Day Care Centre, Bride Street, Kildare Town.

The Role

Working 37.5 hours per weeks on a Monday to Friday, you will help ensure the safe and smooth transportation of Centre users to and from their homes, while also assisting with the daily delivery of Meals on Wheels.

Essential Requirements

Full Clean D1 Licence and CPC Licence
Minimum 1 year’s driving experience with D1 Licence and CPC
Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills

Desirable: First Aid qualification, experience working with elderly or vulnerable people, vehicle roadworthiness inspection experience, and knowledge of the Kildare area.
