Neil Delamere
Comedian Neil Delamere brings his latest show ‘Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Pensioner’ to Maynooth this St Patrick’s Bank Holiday weekend.
The Offaly native has never missed an opportunity to mention his home town or county in his shows and he is a regular supporter of Offaly games and he often visits family and friends in Edenderry.
One day Neil’s dad asked him to help deliver the Meals on Wheels. He agreed. Little did they know that their lives would never be the same again – except for the bits of their lives that didn’t change. Hence the new show title.
The comedian is well-known for his comedy documentaries, and he has written and presented award-winning programmes on the Vikings, St. Patrick and heroes from Ireland’s past, Holding out for a Hero.
Never one to sit around, Neil is also back in the hot seat with The Blame Game, the perennially popular BBC panel show.
Delamere will be at the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth on Sunday, March 18. Tickets are available at the hotel or at Ticketstop.ie.
We have THREE PAIRS of tickets to the show to give away – check out the Leinster Leader’s Facebook page for more on how to enter!
