Temporary road closure to be implemented during nighttime hours in this Kildare area
Diversion routes will be in place and clearly sign-posted
A temporary road closure is due to be implemented during nighttime hours in one County Kildare area this week.
According to Kildare County Council (KCC), contractors for KCC will be carrying out nighttime road resurfacing works on English Row in Celbridge for three nights, beginning on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
KCC added: “Due to the nature of the works, this section of road will be closed to vehicular traffic during the night-time working hours (8pm to 4am each night).”
Lastly, KCC said: “Diversion routes will be in place and clearly sign-posted.”
