James Roe Junior, from Naas

James Roe Jr., of Naas, is looking to finish his first season racing in the US on a high note at the 13 turn 2.25 mile New Jersey Motorsports Park. With double points available for this event the championship chase remains wide open.

Roe Jr. comes into the 13th and 14th rounds of the F2000 Championship in 4th position overall. Positions 2 to 5 of the championship are tightly grouped, separated by a total of 31 points. With double points on the line at the season’s penultimate venue a strong performance at New Jersey Motorsports Park will determine the final championship finishing order.

"I am really excited about this coming weekend" said Roe Jr. "The track looks really interesting and the weather looks like it’s going to be mixed so it’s all open! Hopefully we can end the season on a strong note."

Rounds 13 and 14 of the F2000 Championship are September  14th – September 16th at New Jersey Motorsports Park.
