Glenn Ryan calls for semi final to be played at 'The Park'

Round Towers manager Glenn Ryan

Following Round Towers’s two point win over O’Dempsey’s of Laois at O’Moore Park, on Saturday afternoon, manager Glenn Ryan, said his club would be looking for the semi final to be played at their home pitch St Brigid’s Park.

“We’ll be trying to get it in The Park (St Bridget's Park); the best pitch in the county, that would be great and I don’t see any reason why we should not play in our home pitch; great pitch; excellent stand; top class facilities and if it’s not played there I would like to know the reason why not” added the triumphant manager.

The semi final, against St Colmcille’s of Meath is due to be played next Saturday (November 12) with the Kildare champions having a home fixture.
