Kildare ladies make light work of Laois and secure promotion to Division 1

Kildare ladies made it five wins from five in Division 2 with a superb win over Laois in Manguard Park. After a frustrating opening 30 minutes, Kildare surged in added time of the opening half with a goal from Aoife Rattigan and two points from Róisín Byrne to send The Lillies in with a 1-6 to 0-2 lead at the break.

Kildare never looked back after finally getting on top in this game and goals from Róisín Byrne and Grace Clifford rounded off a convincing win to make 19 wins in a row for the Lilywhite ladies.
