Kildare are still without a win in this season's AFL division 2, following a defeat at the hands of Corke in SuperValu Pair Uí Chaoimh this afternoon, going down on a final score line of Cork 2-15 Kildare 3-9.

Three goals for The Lilies and while they led at the break, despite conceding a late goal to Cork (1-5 to 2-3) it was all Cork in the second half as they added 1-10 to Kildare's 1-6, the Kildare goal coming from a Kevin Feely penalty.

Overall a decent opening half but a really disappointing second half that sees Kildare on the edge of relegation to Division 3 with two games remaining, at home to both Donegal and Louth.
