Graze Dairy, a new micro dairy offering Farm Fresh Milk straight from the farm, is opening September 7 in Prosperous Co.Kildare. The award-winning herd produce top-quality milk which is pasteurised on site and has no ‘miles’ - the milk travels just 100m down from the milking parlour to the vending machine. Graze Dairy do not to homogenise their milk - allowing it to retain its delicious taste, high nutrition values, and creamy texture.

The farm blends four generations of farming knowledge with the latest technology. The milking parlour and facilities were modernised and renovated in 2022 adding a new pasteurisation room where the milk is pasteurised daily.

The milk can be purchased on site in sustainable, reusable glass bottles, or you can bring your own bottle. Milk is sold in 500ml and 1L servings. There are also six flavours of tasty syrups for you to make milkshakes with. There is ample parking and full access at the milk cabin just outside Prosperous in Co. Kildare.
