Kildare racing legends Ted, Ruby and Katie Walsh on Late Late show tonight

Renowed racing family, the Walsh’s from Kill, will appear on RTÉ’s the Late Late show tonight.

Amateur jockey turned racehorse trainer Ted, and his children Ruby and Katie will give their first interview together since Ruby’s fall at Cheltenham.

Jockey Ruby hopes to be back in action for this months’ Punchestown Festival.

Having just made his come back from injury after four months out of action, the week before the Cheltenham Festival, the former champion jockey was again sidelined following a fall from Al Boum Photo in the RSA Insurance Novices' Chase on the second day.

He will be telling presenter Ryan Tubridy about the unfortunate fall, and Katie will talk about her race to victory on the same day.
