Newbridge
New bus shelters are needed in Newbridge, says a local councillor.
Cllr Peggy O’Dwyer said they are necessary on both sides of the road near St Conleth's Infant School and Newbridge Parish Church. Kildare County Council said it’s awaiting the appointment of a new staff member to “progress bus stop infrastructure improvement works.”
When tis is done the list of existing bus stops across the county will be reviewed and examined and a priority list will be drawn up.
