The announcement was made by Kildare County Council.
Kildare County Council (KCC) has said that diversion routes will be put in place in order to facilitate road resurfacing works in the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District.
The works will be carried out on the L6080 Sunnyhill.
KCC explained: "A road closure will be in place on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 to Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
"Diversion routes will be in place and will be clearly signposted.
"Your co-operation is appreciated, and any inconvenience caused is regretted," KCC concluded.
