Gardai say Michael Timmons, 24, has been located after being reported missing earlier this week
Gardai say a missing person appeal for a Dublin man who vanished earlier this week has been stood down.
In an update, issued this Thursday afternoon, they say Michael Timmons has since been located "safe and well".
The 24-year old was reported missing from his home in Malahide on Tuesday - sparking a national appeal.
Amid fears for his wellbeing, gardai had sought help from members of the public as they sought to locate Michael was last seen in the Seabury area of Malahide at 6.30am that morning.

While they have now confirmed that Michael has been located, no further information has been disclosed publicly.
A spokesperson thanked members of the media and the public for their assistance with the appeal.
