Gardaí in Kilmainham have charged a man in his 20s following the serious assault of a man in his 60s.
The incident occurred at a residential property on Basin Street, Dublin 8, on Tuesday, April 1.

He is due to appear before Court 4, Criminal Courts of Justice, on Thursday, April 3, at 10:30 am.
The injured man continues to receive treatment at Beaumont Hospital.
