Gardaí stopped an unaccompanied learner driver who blocked a bike lane but that is not the only reason.
Sharing the post to X, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "Reserve Gardaí on patrol in Dublin spotted a car parked on double yellow lines and blocking a bike lane on Dame Street.

The driver was an unaccompanied learner who had yet to complete any of the mandatory lessons.
