Woman charged after drugs worth €134,000 were seized at Dublin Airport

On Saturday, 2 November, Revenue officers seized approximately 1.9kgs of cocaine with an estimated value of €134,000 at Dublin Airport.

The drugs were discovered after Revenue officers stopped and searched the baggage of a passenger who had arrived into Dublin on a flight from Paris.

Gardaí arrested a woman in her 30s who was subsequently charged. The woman was due to appear before the courts on Wednesday, 6 November. 

Investigations are ongoing.
