Gardaí in update as search for missing 12-year-old girl is stood down

Gardaí have issued an update on the wellbeing of a missing girl (12) after standing down their search this weekend.

They said: "Aliyah Smyth Donnelly, 12, who had been missing since Friday, June 28, has been located safe and well."

The youngster had been missing from Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, since Friday afternoon. The appeal for help from the public to find her was stood down on Saturday.

"We would like to thank the public and media for their assistance," gardaí said.
