A man is to appear in court following an alleged serious assault on a woman in broad daylight.
The man in his 30s was arrested on March 14, after a woman had been taken to hospital following a serious assault in Tralee, Co Kerry.
At approximately 9.30am, emergency services alerted Gardaí of an alleged serious assault of a woman.
The woman, aged in her 20s, was taken to University Hospital Kerry to be treated for her injuries.
