Gardaí investigating the fatal assault of a man at a residence in Co Tipperary on December 27 have made two further arrests in relation to the incident.
Maciej Nowak, a Polish national aged in his 30s, was found unresponsive at a house in Ballycrana, Kilross just after the Christmas period, and it is alleged that the assault occurred sometime between St Stephen's evening on December 26 and the early hours of December 27.
Two men, aged in their 30s, were arrested late on Monday, January 8, as part of this investigation in the Dublin area and are both currently detained under section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 at a garda station in Co Tipperary.
Investigations by gardaí are ongoing.
