Gardaí have arrested a man following the discovery of a significant cache of drugs in an unusual place.
Officers in Fermoy, Co Cork were searching a property when they found €8,000 worth of illegal drugs in a tin of biscuits.
Gardaí posted about the seizure on X, stating, "Rather than a nice choccy biccy, the tin was full of €8,000 of suspected cannabis instead."
The arrested man is due to appear before the courts.
