'Husband put a tracker on wife's car' - Naas court hears

The court was told she brought the vehicle to a garage and a tracker was found

A woman told a court hearing that her husband had put a tracker on her vehicle.

She told Naas District Court that he had been following her and stalking her.

She said the man had been turning up in locations where she was and she had suspicions there was a tracker on her car.

The court was told she brought the vehicle to a garage and a tracker was found.

The woman told Judge Desmond Zaidan her husband has been violent towards her in the past and she is worried. She had he had hit her previously.

The judge granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter.

The husband did not attend and was not represented.
