Naas eight acre site is earmarked for development

There are tentative plans for an eight acre site in Naas located in the north west quadrant area.

A question about what Kildare County Council’s proposals are for the landbank, formerly used as a wastewater treatment plant site, was asked by Cllr Seamie Moore.

The site is in the Abbey Bridge/Osberstown area.

According to  Kildare County Council a masterplan has to be drawn up for the area and it will likely include a link between Millennium Road and the Grand Canal as well as some development and the creation of open amenity space.
